Summer's Preserve Paradise in Harbor Club Resort has access to 2 pools, close to Northside beaches and downtown South Haven

Introducing this brand new home (FALL 2024).....Summer's Preserve Paradise is located in The Harbor Club South Haven community on the north side of town near Lake Michigan.  The home is very spacious and offers just over 3,200 square foot.  The open style concept is a popular choice for large multi family groups. The cottage has modern features and a high level of furnishings that will make you feel comfortable at this home away from home. The cottage is located within walking distance of the new (open year round) pool and hot tub.  While staying at the Preserve Paradise cottage you will have access to 2 community pools and all the ameneties needed for making memories during your next South Haven escape!  

The main level of the home features a large open space where the living room, fully equipped kitchen, formal dining area, bathroom and a relaxing sunroom (with pull out couch) are located. The main level has a walk out to the patio with plenty of space for the family to enjoy cooking on the BBQ or just relaxing.   The patio is a short walk to one of the community firepits and the new pool and hot tub.  The upper lever of the home has a large master King suite, 2 queen guest bedrooms, the twin bunk bed (4 twin beds) guestroom and another full bath centrally located in the hallway next to the guest rooms.  In the lower level (basement) there is an additional twin bunkbed guest room, full bath, and if you need to get away,  a 2nd living room with a pull out sleeper couch.  Both of the living rooms and sunroom are furnished with plenty of seating for you to get some relaxation time.  The flexible layout of this home will sleep up to 14 guests comfortably.     

In a prime location, embraced by the lush landscaping and in a quiet neighborhood, the cottage is near several northside beaches and includes access to the resort's clubhouse and seasonal gated community pool at the Harbor Club Marina located on the Black River. While at this cottage you are a short walk to the Marina, where you can rent a boat and tour the river or head out to the lake. A short bike ride takes you to the Kal-Haven trail, or you can rent a golf cart and ride effortlessly down to the main streets of South Haven to experience the unique shopping and dining of downtown. This is the perfect spot to escape the city and experience lakeshore life.
